Preparing your paper
  1. The paper topic should align with the scope of the symposium, as well as the publisher's guidelines, to ensure relevance to the event's focus. This ensures that the submitted work is pertinent to the conference's objectives and will be of interest to the attendees and readers.
  2. The submitted paper must be an original work and should not have been previously published or presented at another meeting (similarity score no more than 25%). 💡 To ensure the paper's authenticity, it is recommended to use the Similarity Checker feature available in the Editor pane of Microsoft Word to check the paper against online sources.
  3. The paper should be written in English (US).
  4. The abstract should be concise and no longer than 200 words, excluding the abstract title, authors, and affiliations. It should be formatted in a two-column layout on A4 paper size in PDF format. Furthermore, the paper should be at least four pages long or six pages in maximum.
  5. The template, modified in Microsoft Word and saved as a DOCX file for PC compatibility, offers authors a comprehensive set of formatting guidelines for preparing electronic versions of their papers. This template includes built-in specifications for margins, column widths, line spacing, font sizes, and font types, ensuring a professional and consistent appearance for your submissions.
    • Font types. Times, Times Roman, or Times New Roman.
    • Font sizes. Title (24 pt); Author and abstract (9 pt); Content (10 pt); Table head and Figure caption (8 pt).
    • Margins of the first page. Top (9.5 mm); Left (15.7 mm); Bottom (25.4 mm); Right (15.7 mm).
    • Margins of the second to sixth pages. Top (19 mm); Left (16 mm); Bottom (25.4 mm); Right (16 mm).
    • Please ensure that all fonts are embedded, not as encrypted/secured file, and has no headers, footers, bookmarks, form fields, links, or annotation. 💡 For further assurance, we recommend utilizing the PDF analyzer ↗︎ provided by EDP Sciences to inspect the document and guarantee that the submitted paper meet the required standards.
  6. To ensure optimal print quality, it is crucial that the listed artworks are provided with the highest resolution suitable for printing, specifically 300 DPI (dots per inch). 💡 For further assurance, we recommend utilizing the PDF analyzer ↗︎ provided by EDP Sciences to inspect the document and guarantee that the artworks meet the required standards.
  7. When incorporating tables and figures from external sources into your manuscript, ensure that the original work is written in English (US) and that you have obtained the necessary permissions from the copyright holder. Additionally, include a proper credit in your paper to acknowledge the source and comply with copyright regulations.
  8. For both primary and co-authors, it is essential to provide complete credentials, including full names and email addresses. If co-authors are affiliated with multiple institutions, the secondary institution(s) and the investigators associated with each institution must be listed. Please note that the author name order should not be reversed unless explicitly instructed by the publisher. Additionally, affiliations and author names should not include professional titles, such as "Professor", "Graduate Student Researcher", "HOD", "Lecturer", "Alumnus", etc., to maintain consistency and clarity.

Dengan ini kami beritahukan informasi perpanjangan waktu pendaftaran penerimaan Proposal Hibah Peningkatan Kapasitas Peneliti Dosen Muda Tahun 2021.

Pedoman pendanaan Hibah Peningkatan Kapasitas Peneliti Dosen Muda dapat diakses di laman Direktorat Penelitian UGM https://penelitian.ugm.ac.id/2021/02/23/call-for-proposal-hibah-peningkatan-kapasitas-dosen-muda-tahun-2021/.

Pengiriman proposal dilakukan secara daring melalui laman https://simaster.ugm.ac.id.

Penerimaan proposal Hibah Peningkatan Kapasitas Peneliti Dosen Muda Tahun 2021 diperpanjang sampai dengan 16 Maret 2021.

Menindaklanjuti surat nomor B/ 1319 /E5.1.2/KI.01.02/2020 perihal Pengumuman Pelaksanaan Insentif HKI Produktif tanggal 05 Oktober 2020, Deputi Bidang Penguatan Riset dan Pengembangan bermaksud untuk memperpanjang masa penerimaan usulan yang sebelumnya tanggal 16 Oktober 2020 akan diperpanjang hingga tanggal 30 Oktober 2020 pukul 15.00 WIB.

AJANG PENGANUGERAHAN LIPI YOUNG SCIENTIST AWARD (LYSA) 2018

Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (LIPI) kembali menyelenggarakan ajang penganugerahan LIPI Young Scientist Award (LYSA) 2018.
LYSA merupakan salah satu bentuk apresiasi LIPI bagi peneliti – peneliti muda dengan usia di bawah 40 tahun, yang berprestasi dan konsisten dalam melakukan penelitian. Penganugerahan LYSA akan dilaksanakan pada ajang Indonesia Science Expo 2018

KRITERIA USULAN NOMINATOR
Calon penerima LYSA adalah warga negara Indonesia, berusia di bawah 40 tahun (sebelum 4 November 2018) dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:
1. Calon penerima LYSA adalah perseorangan
2. Mengisi Formulir yang disertai Daftar Riwayat Hidup, Abstrak Hasil Penelitian dan Publikasi yang pernah dilakukan
3. Konsisten dan memiliki track record yang baik dalam melakukan penelitian
4. Diusulkan oleh institusi/lembaga tempat bekerja
5. Usulan penerima LYSA 2018 dibuka sampai dengan tanggal 31 Agustus 2018
6. Bersedia hadir di Jakarta pada Penganugerahan LYSA pada 4 November 2018
